This single-channel ADC offers a 16-bit resolution with a bipolar input type and a maximum input voltage of 2.5V. It supports SPI, serial, and parallel interfaces, operating from a 2.37V to 2.63V supply. The component is housed in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm LQFP package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting.
