
16-bit, 2 MSPS PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring 1.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 92dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). This single-channel differential input ADC offers a 1.8V to 2.63V input voltage range and operates from a 2.37V to 2.63V supply. The device supports SPI interface and is housed in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.45mm LQFP package with tin, matte contact plating. It operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range with a typical power consumption of 70mW.
