18-bit, 250 kSPS, differential PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single channel and a single analog input. Offers excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2.5 LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -1 LSB. Operates with a maximum input voltage of 5.25V and a minimum of 4.75V, supporting bipolar and unipolar polarity. The interface is SPI, and it is housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating. Maximum power dissipation is 120mW, with typical power consumption at 94mW.
