18-bit, 250 kSPS differential input analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a PulSAR® architecture. This IC offers 100dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 2.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). It operates with a dual supply voltage range of 5V to 15V and accepts a maximum input voltage of 5.25V. The component is housed in an LQFP package with tin-matte contact plating and supports SPI interface communication.
