This integrated circuit offers a 16-bit resolution with a sampling rate of 1 MS/s and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 86dB. It accepts differential input signals within a 2.3V to 3.15V range and communicates via an SPI interface. Operating from a 5V supply, it has a maximum power dissipation of 145mW. The component is housed in an LQFP package, measuring 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
