16-bit, 4-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring simultaneous sampling and a 500 kSPS sampling rate. This PulSAR® ADC offers 90dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and 3.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Operating from a 5V supply, it supports single-ended inputs with a voltage range of 2.3V to 2.5V and interfaces via SPI. Housed in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm LQFP package with tin-matte contact plating, it operates from -40°C to 85°C with a maximum power dissipation of 135mW.
