16-bit, 1 MSPS CMOS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1 MS/s sampling rate and 90dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). This differential input ADC offers 16-bit resolution with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2.5 LSB. It supports SPI interface and operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply voltage, consuming 112mW typical power. The component is housed in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm LQFP package with tin, matte contact plating.
