This general-purpose IC offers a 16-bit resolution with a 94dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and a sampling rate of 1 MS/s. It supports serial, parallel, 2-wire, and SPI interfaces, operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply. Packaged in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm LQFP for surface mounting, this RoHS compliant component operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
