Operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply voltage with a typical power consumption of 18mW. Housed in a 7mm x 7mm x 1.4mm LQFP package with tin, matte contact plating. Offers a differential nonlinearity of -1LSB and integral nonlinearity of 2.5LSB.
