16-bit, 100 kSPS PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single-ended input and SPI interface. This general-purpose converter offers 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and a full-scale error of 30 LSB with integral nonlinearity (INL) of 6 LSB. Operating from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a nominal 800µA current and has a maximum power dissipation of 6mW. Packaged in a compact MSOP with gold contact plating, it supports unipolar operation with a maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
