
16-bit, 100 kSPS differential Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a PulSAR® architecture. This single-channel ADC offers a 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and ±3 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Operating from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it includes an SPI interface and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Housed in a compact MSOP package with gold contact plating, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
