
16-bit, 250 kSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a PulSAR® architecture. This unipolar, single-supply device offers a 2LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 1.5LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). It operates with a 2.3V to 5.5V supply voltage and accepts a differential input up to 5.5V. The ADC utilizes an SPI interface for communication and is housed in an MSOP package with gold contact plating.
