
16-bit differential Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring 1.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 1 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DLN). This PulSAR® ADC operates at a 250 kSPS sampling rate with a 95.5dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). It supports a 5V operating supply voltage, a 5.5V maximum input voltage, and a 2.3V minimum supply voltage. The device is housed in a compact MSOP package with gold contact plating and utilizes an SPI interface.
