18-bit, 400 kSPS differential Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring 1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 101.5 dB. This PulSAR® ADC offers a bipolar input range from 500mV to 5V, with an SPI interface for digital communication. Operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, it is housed in an MSOP package with gold contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
