
18-bit, 250 kSPS PulSAR® differential analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring 1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and 101.5 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). This surface-mount component offers a bipolar input type and supports SPI, serial (3-wire, 4-wire), and parallel interfaces. Operating from a 2.3V to 5.25V supply, it consumes a maximum of 12.5mW and is available in an MSOP package with gold contact plating.
