16-bit, 250 kSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a PulSAR® architecture. This unipolar ADC offers a differential input type with a maximum input voltage of 5.25V and a minimum of 1V. It operates from a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V, with a nominal supply current of 800µA and a power dissipation of 6.3mW. The interface is SPI, and the component is housed in a gold-plated MSOP package with dimensions of 3mm (length) x 3mm (width) x 0.85mm (height). Key performance metrics include an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 4 LSB and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 92dB.
