Operates with a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.25V, consuming a nominal supply current of 420µA and a maximum power dissipation of 2.1mW. Housed in a 24-pin R package with tin, matte contact plating, measuring 8.75mm in length, 4mm in width, and 1.5mm in height. Supports input voltages from 500mV to 5V and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
