20-bit, 3-channel, low-noise, low-power Sigma-Delta Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring an on-chip instrumentation amplifier and reference. This bipolar, differential input ADC offers a 470 S/s sampling rate and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply with a nominal current of 500µA. The SPI interface facilitates communication, and the device is housed in a 96-piece TSSOP package with tin, matte contact plating. Maximum operating temperature reaches 105°C.
