
14-bit, 128 kSPS complete sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single analog input and a parallel interface. This integrated circuit operates with dual supply voltages ranging from 11.4V to 12.6V, and a single supply voltage from 5V to 12V. The ADC offers an integral nonlinearity of 2 LSB and supports both bipolar and unipolar polarity. Packaged in a PDIP for through-hole mounting, it has a power consumption of 560mW and a nominal supply current of 25mA.
