High-precision bandgap voltage reference provides a pin-programmable 2.5 V or 3.0 V output from a 4 V to 36 V input supply. Laser-trimmed accuracy supports output error within ±1 mV maximum and temperature drift up to 3 ppm/°C maximum. Low-noise operation provides 100 nV/√Hz typical wideband noise density and 4 µV peak-to-peak typical noise from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. The reference supports series or shunt operation, output trimming, noise reduction with external capacitors, and a temperature output pin.
