Operates with dual supply voltages from ±14.25V to ±15.75V and a single supply from 4.75V to 5.75V. Integral nonlinearity is 8 LSB, with a full-scale error of 16 LSB. Packaged in a 16-lead SOIC with tin matte contact plating.
