Operates with dual supply voltages from ±14.25V to ±15.75V and single supply voltages from 4.75V to 5.75V. Offers bipolar and unipolar output polarity with a voltage output type. Packaged in a 1000-piece tape and reel in a SOIC case with tin, matte contact plating.
