Offers 4 single-ended analog inputs with a 175 kSPS sampling rate and 78 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). Achieves integral nonlinearity (INL) of 2.5 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of -1 LSB, with a full-scale error of 10 LSB. Operates from a 5V single supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V) and is housed in a 28-lead SSOP package with tin/lead contact plating.
