
14-bit, 4-channel simultaneous sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 350 kS/s sampling rate and 80dB signal-to-noise ratio. This integrated circuit offers ±1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and ±1 LSB differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 14 LSB. Operating from a 5V supply, it consumes 115mW of power and supports single-ended inputs with a maximum input voltage of 2.625V. The device is housed in a QFP package with tin, matte contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
