
12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a single-ended input and bipolar polarity. Offers serial and parallel interface options, including 2-wire and SPI compatibility. Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V. Achieves 12-bit resolution with an integral nonlinearity of 0.5 LSB and a full-scale error of 5 LSB. This through-hole mounted component is housed in a 24-pin PDIP package with matte tin plating and a maximum power dissipation of 60mW.
