12-bit, 100 kSPS sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a ±10V input signal range. Features single-ended input, bipolar polarity, and a 72dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) are both 1 LSB. Operates from a dual 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) and supports serial, parallel, and 2-wire SPI interfaces. Packaged in a SOIC case for surface mounting, with tin/lead contact plating.
