It boasts excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 1 LSB, and a full-scale error of 15 LSB. The ADC supports single-ended input types and a parallel interface, with two analog inputs available. Packaged in a PDIP with tin-matte plating, it operates from -40°C to 85°C and consumes a maximum of 37.5mW.
