Integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) are both 1 LSB, with a full-scale error of 3 LSB. Supports serial and parallel 5-wire interfaces, with TTL output. Packaged in PLCC with tin/lead contact plating, operating from a 5V supply.
