
12-bit, 8-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 500 kS/s sampling rate and 70dB signal-to-noise ratio. This high-speed data acquisition system offers true bipolar input with single-ended configuration and a 1LSB integral and differential nonlinearity. It supports serial and 5-wire parallel interfaces, operates from a single 5V supply, and is housed in a QFP package. Maximum input voltage is 2.625V, with a power dissipation of 100mW.
