Achieves 1LSB differential and integral nonlinearity with a sampling rate of 192 kS/s and 70dB signal-to-noise ratio. Operates from a single 5V supply with a typical power consumption of 16mW. Supports SPI, serial, 2-wire, and 3-wire interfaces, outputting TTL compatible signals. Packaged in an 8-pin DIP (N) with a compact footprint.
