
12-bit, 192 kS/s Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a true bipolar input range of 2.375V to 2.625V. This single-ended input ADC offers excellent linearity with 1 LSB differential and integral nonlinearity. It operates from a single 5V supply, consuming a maximum of 20mW, and supports SPI, 2-wire, and 3-wire serial interfaces. The component is housed in an 8-pin package with dimensions of 5mm (L) x 4mm (W) x 2.34mm (H), providing a 70dB signal-to-noise ratio.
