Offers 1LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 5LSB. Operates from a single 2.3V to 5.5V supply, consuming a maximum of 13.5mW. Interface options include SPI, supporting bipolar and unipolar input polarity. Housed in a 4mm x 4mm LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating.
