14-bit, 1 MSPS PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single-channel, differential input. Achieves 1 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) with an 85.5 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). Operates from a 5V supply voltage, accepting bipolar or unipolar inputs up to 5.35V. Interface is SPI, housed in an LQFP package with dimensions of 7.2mm x 7.2mm x 1.45mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
