Achieves 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with low Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1.25LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 0.9LSB. Operates from a single 2.5V supply with a maximum power dissipation of 10mW. Housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for wide temperature ranges from -55°C to 125°C.
