This unipolar ADC offers a 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and a maximum input voltage of 5.1V. It operates from a single 2.5V supply with a typical supply current of 350µA and a power consumption of 7mW. The component is housed in a compact MSOP package with tin, matte contact plating and supports an SPI interface.
