16-bit, 1 MSPS PulSAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1.25 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 0.9 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). This unipolar, single-channel ADC offers a 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and accepts differential inputs within a 2.4V to 5.1V range. The device communicates via an SPI interface and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Packaged in MSOP, it consumes a typical 7mW of power.
