This single-channel, differential input ADC offers 98dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -0.85LSB. Operates from a single 2.5V supply with a low power consumption of 7mW. Interface is SPI, and it supports a maximum input voltage of 5.1V. Available in MSOP/LFCSP packages.
