
16-bit, 1.33 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single-ended input and SPI interface. This PulSAR® ADC offers excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 0.9LSB. It operates from a single 2.375V to 2.625V supply, consuming a typical 10.5mW of power. The device supports input voltages from 2.9V to 5.1V and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in tape and reel, this component is RoHS compliant.
