This integrated circuit offers a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 98.5dB with low Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2.25LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -1LSB. Operating from a single supply, it consumes a mere 10.5mW of power and is available in an MSOP package. The device supports a wide input voltage range from 2.9V to 5.1V and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
