High-speed operational amplifier featuring a 1GHz gain bandwidth product and 560MHz -3dB bandwidth. This single-channel amplifier offers a 150V/µs slew rate and 23ns settling time, suitable for 16-bit systems. Operating with dual supply voltages from 2.25V to 12V (or single supply 4.5V to 24V), it provides 98dB CMRR and 95dB PSRR. The MSOP package contains one amplifier with a quiescent current of 7.7mA and an output current of 70mA per channel.
