High-performance 1-channel video amplifier IC featuring a 190MHz -3dB bandwidth and 105dB voltage gain. This surface mount device, housed in a SOT-23-6 package, offers a 100V/µs slew rate and 120mA output current per channel. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V, it exhibits excellent signal integrity with 90dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 90dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. Input bias current is 4µA with an input offset voltage of 200µV, and it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
