This BIPOLAR technology amplifier offers a 280MHz gain bandwidth product and 60dB voltage gain. Operating from dual supplies between 3V and 6V, it provides 70mA output current and 19.5mA quiescent current. With 90dB CMRR and 66dB PSRR, it is packaged in a R case with tin, matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
