High-performance single operational amplifier featuring a 350MHz -3dB bandwidth and 425V/µs slew rate. This voltage feedback amplifier offers a 80MHz gain bandwidth product and 15mA output current. Operating from dual supplies between 1.5V and 6V, or single supplies from 3V to 12V, it consumes a low 1.5mA quiescent current. With a 3mV input offset voltage and 400nA input bias current, it is suitable for demanding applications.
