Dual, high-performance voltage-feedback operational amplifier with a 325 MHz bandwidth. Features a 1150 V/µs slew rate and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This 8-terminal, 2-function IC offers a nominal supply voltage of ±5V, with limits up to ±6.3V, and a maximum supply current of 15mA. Designed with a JEDEC S-PDSO-G8 package, it provides a minimum voltage gain of 180 and a nominal common-mode reject ratio of 60.
