Low power current-feedback video operational amplifier supports composite and HDTV-compatible signal paths. The amplifier provides 80 MHz unity-gain bandwidth, 75 MHz bandwidth at gain of +2, and 1000 V/µs slew rate on ±15 V supplies. Video performance includes 30 MHz 0.1 dB bandwidth at gain of +2, 0.02% differential gain, and 0.04° differential phase under 150 Ω load conditions. The disable function reduces supply current in power-down mode and provides 100 ns turn-off time. Package options include 8-pin plastic DIP, 8-pin SOIC, and 8-pin cerdip versions over commercial and military temperature ranges.
