Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.25V to 9V, and single supply from 4.5V to 25.2V, with a maximum input voltage of 12.6V. Packaged in an MSOP with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.85mm, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
