High-speed differential driver featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 2000V/µs slew rate and 60mA output current per channel. Operating from a dual supply range of 1.4V to 5.5V or a single supply of 2.7V to 11V, it provides 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 70dB power supply rejection ratio. With a 1.5kΩ input resistance and 500nA input bias current, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
