High-speed differential amplifier featuring a 350MHz -3dB bandwidth and 350MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 1200V/µs slew rate and 70mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 1.35V and 5.5V, or single supplies from 2.7V to 11V, it boasts a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 70dB power supply rejection ratio. The surface mount MSOP package contains lead and is RoHS compliant, suitable for operation across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
