With a slew rate of 800V/µs and settling time of 45ns, it operates from dual supply voltages between 2.25V and 6V, or single supply from 4.5V to 12V. The surface mount SOIC package houses one amplifier with a 1.5MΩ input resistance and 500µV input offset voltage.
