
Triple video amplifier IC featuring a 100MHz -3dB bandwidth and 250V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers 70dB voltage gain and 50mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 1.2V and 18V, or single supplies from 2.4V to 36V, it exhibits a 54dB CMRR and 76dB PSRR. The 14-SOIC package contains three amplifiers with a 500nA input bias current and 3.5nV/√Hz input voltage noise density.
